Khotso Lodge and Horse Trails is the ideal location to accommodate groups of all kinds. With a large log cabin accommodating up to 22 people and a further 50 beds between the self-catering rondawels and the backpackers lodge, as well as a large, well equipped campsite which has slept up to 150 people at a time, we are sure to be able to find a spot for you and your friends, colleagues, team members class mates or family.
Nestled in the foothills of the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Southern Drakensberg mountains, you will find ample outdoor activities to suit your whole party. Whether a horse trail on our 1300 hectares of farm land, tubing in the 7m of river frontage, a swim in the dam or a dip in the pool at the waterfall, mountain biking on some of the 200km of single-track mountainbike trails or just getting together for sundowners by the fire with a braai - surely everyone will love their stay at Khotso Lodge and Horse Trails.
Having operated as Destination Management Company (DMC) for a variety of large international tour operators and organised activities such as multi-day horse trails to Lesotho, volunteering for students at a variety of schools in Lesotho, local and national conservation work and coordinated travel throughout South Africa, Mozambique and Swaziland we have a 15 year long proven track record for being arguably the best and the safest pair of hands in the region.
